Yassine Mikari, new video analyst for Al Ahly SC

Video analyst for the Tunisian national team so far, Yassine Mikari no longer holds this position. The former Tunisian international has just reinforced the technical staff of Marcel Koller, the new coach of Al Ahly.

It was in the air and it is now official. Yassine Mikari is part of the technical staff of Al Ahly Cairo. The native of Zurich was presented as the new video analyst of the Red Devils, during the press conference held by the Swiss coach.

Marcel Koller convinced Mikari to leave his post in the Tunisian Football Federation, which he had held since the last 28, and to join him in Cairo. The 39-year-old ex-player wore the Carthage Eagles jersey 30 times between 2008 and 2014 and scored just one goal.

He had spent most of his career in the Swiss league, notably wearing the jerseys of Grasshoppers, FC Lucerne, FC Winterthur and FC Schaffhausen. In Tunisia, Yassine Mikari played for Club Africain during the 2016-2017 season.
