The SCCM decided to do better

After a difficult season with the elite, Chabab de Mohammedia (SCCM) has great ambitions for the 2022-2023 season of the Botola Pro D1 “Inwi”.

Under the leadership of coach Rachid Rokki, the club of the city of flowers will try to avoid the mistakes of the past and form a team capable of competing with the big clubs of Botola.
Thus, Chabab de Mohammedia has secured the services of new players, such as goalkeepers Mjid Mokhtar from Olympic Safi and Mohammed Berehou (Difaa El Jadida), in order to compensate for the departure of goalkeeper Youssef Moutie, in addition to other players like Ayoub El Bouzidi (Moghreb Tetouan), Ismail Mehrab and Zakaria Fathi (Rachad Bernoussi), Zayd Karouch (Moghreb Tetouan) and Ayoub Lekhal.

On the other hand, other players left to evolve under other skies like Mohammed Mrabet, Mounaim Boutouil, Ismail Moutaraji and Hamam Baouch.
The club has also confirmed Rachid Rokki as coach, assisted by Mohammed Karouan and Aziz Aït Abbi.
The management of the club has also appointed the national framework Hamidou Ouarga to the post of general manager, given his extensive experience in the fields of training and sports management.

As for Chabab Mohammedia’s preparations, which ended last season in 11th position, the club played six matches, marked by two wins, three draws and only one defeat against Mohgreb de Tetouan, matches where the players made a “good figure”, according to Rachid Rokki.

“We aim to build a competitive team ahead of the start of the 2022-23 season. I admit that we have problems in defense, which we will try to remedy before our first outing in Botola,” said the SCCM coach.

Rejoicing in the fact that the club’s technical staff consists mainly of executives from the city of Mohammedia, he said that young players will have their chance to join the first team and honor the colors of this great club which made, in the past, the heyday of Moroccan football.
