Netflix unveils an intriguing first trailer for “Knives Out 2”

Harry Styles

After a few hectic days at the Venice Film Festival to defend the film Don’t Worry Darling, Harry Styles found the stage. The singer performed Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden in New York and took the opportunity to joke about the video that stirred internet users earlier this week: the one where he seems to spit on actor Chris Pine, to whom he gives the reply in the feature film by Olivia Wilde, in the middle of the festival.

“This is our tenth concert at Madison Square Garden,” he told the crowd on Wednesday, as seen in a fan-filmed clip of the concert. “It’s wonderful, wonderful, wonderful to be back in New York. I just made a very quick detour through Venice to spit on Chris Pine”, he continued under the screams of the public, without succeeding to contain his laughter. “But don’t worry, we’re back!”.

Don’t Worry Darling, psychological thriller worn by actress Florence Pugh, is the subject of many rumors of disagreement within the cast. If all the speculation concerns the tense relationship between the actress and the director of the film, they focused during the Mostra on Chris Pine and Harry Styles, due to a video that has gone viral on which the singer seems to spit on his colleague.

The two artists denied this on Tuesday through their spokespersons, with an unequivocal statement: “This story is ridiculous. A total invention, the result of a strange illusion on the Internet which is clearly misleading and opens the door to wild speculation. Let it be clear: Harry Styles did not spit on Chris Pine.”
