Netflix announces the creation of 3 new games

Netflix and Ubisoft have announced the creation of three mobile games inspired by popular franchises. They will be available on Netflix from 2023. Revealed on Saturday during the annual Ubisoft Forward digital event, these games, which are part of the universes of Unknown Soldiers: Memoirs of the Great War, The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot and Assassin’s Creed, will be available exclusively on mobile to Netflix subscribers worldwide, with no ads or in-app purchases.

“We have always been very clear about our strategy. We said we were going to start small, to fill the catalog over time with an offer that would grow, diversify and enrich, “explains Mike Verdu, director of Netflix Gaming, in a statement to BFMTV (a television channel French). “Netflix is ​​a fast learner. We look at what our subscribers like and we know how to react to bring them closer to experiences that speak to them,” he adds.

The new Valiant Hearts game is made by the team that created Unknown Soldiers: Memoirs of the Great War, an award-winning Ubisoft game that it follows with a new story while retaining its original DNA. It will be available to Netflix subscribers in January 2023.

To offer a sequel to the critically acclaimed mobile game The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot, the franchise offers The Mighty Quest, a new game that will be available on Netflix in 2023. This time, the game is inspired by the rebel genre and delivers an experience that pays homage to the series’ first hack-and-slash combat in an all-new, infinitely replayable format. Assassin’s Creed fans will be able to immerse themselves in the universe of the game on Netflix in more than one way: in addition to the live action series already announced, a brand new mobile game is on the way development for Netflix.
